Winter Season Plants A lot of you probably think the winter months are reserved for evergreens, but actually you can have various color & texture even in these cold temperatures.

Winterberry Holly Although this holly shrub loses its leaves, they are soon replaced by gorgeous red berries.  Not only are they pretty to look at, but the birds will love the treat.

Firethorn A beautiful evergreen shrub that stuns with vivid color. It features clusters of orange berries with some varieties turning bright red in the late fall & early winter that will add lots of winter interest to your garden.

Red Twig Dogwood A beautiful plant that also loses its leaves to expose vivid red stems.  They look great in an evergreen garden area to add color and it’s an absolutely stunning scene during a snow event.
